- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
- All original packaging must be intact and undamaged. Products with damaged, opened, or missing boxes will not be accepted.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
